Returns

If you purchase an item that you don’t feel will serve you well, email kristine@lottura.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery & the items must be unworn with tags. We will send you a shipping label, and once we receive the item we will send you an email with in-store credit.

Exchanges

If you like what you ordered but the sizing isn’t right, email kristine@lottura.com with your order number and request and we will assist you in getting the right size. If sold out, we will give you in-store credit once we receive the return.

Resell

We are in the process of creating a Resell Program for Lottura pieces that have been worn but are not serving you well. If you have a piece that does not fit the return guidelines, but isn’t working for you, hold onto it and watch for the announcement for our Resell Program.
